What is the normal turn around time for installing a circuit?
A typical circuit is installed within 30-45 days. Ygnition Networks
has an average connection time of 28 days to complete a circuit,
and that's 30% faster than the industry standard. The provisioning
process includes: Order placement and process managed by Ygnition's
provisioning group; Circuit due dates provided within an average
of 5 business days (with update as appropriate); and immediate notification
upon completion.
What level of service will be used to maintain my circuits?
Ygnition Networks is a Tier 1 provider with 99.996% availability.
Your Account Executive will service your needs and will direct you
when you need to open a trouble ticket through the Ygnition Networks
NOC.
Are you priced competitively for T-1 circuits?
Yes. Ygnition Networks is 25%-40% lower in price then competitive
carriers.
What are the key responsibilities of the Ygnition Network
Account Executive?
The Ygnition Network Account Executive has two key responsibilities.
1.Sales--To provide you with a wide range of advanced, affordable
product and service solutions that enable you to meet every business
challenge--large or small. 2.Service--Provisioning and maintaining
your service for maximum performance.
How does Ygnition Networks differentiate responsibilities between sales and
service?
Your Account Executive will be a single source of support for all
issues regarding ordering, provisioning, maintenance, and repair.
They are able to focus exclusively on understanding your sales needs
and to recommend appropriate and creative solutions. As service needs
grow, they will coordinate your service issues through AT&T and
Ygnition Networks. They also work with you to open a trouble ticket
at the Ygnition Networks NOC.
