The Ygnition Sales Team consists of the following positions:
Senior Vice President Business Development
Director of Sales Executives.
If you feel your needs are not being addressed or there are issues
that require the involvement of senior management, SVP Dave Zilch
will be available to assist both you and the Ygnition Regional Account
Executive in finding a solution.
Regional Account Executives
You are assigned an Ygnition Regional Account Executive
who is responsible for addressing your day-to-day and emergency
needs. Ygnition Regional Account Executives are available by telephone,
email, or cellular telephone.
The Ygnition Networks Sales Team is available to assist you with...
- Answering your telecommunications questions pertaining to your
Ygnition Networks account and ensuring you have access to information,
documentation and/or facilitate access to Ygnition resources regarding
product knowledge and uses, overall questions regarding telecommunication
interfaces with Ygnition Networks and other billing, ordering or
service related issues that may arise
- Providing you Ygnition Networks product and sales information
via notifications, individual meetings, product and sales documents,
such as brochures, sales proposals and Ygnition Networks web site.
- Generating sales proposals to address your sales needs for the
various Ygnition Networks products available
- Planning and developing your network with Ygnition Networks by
providing information on Ygnition Networks products, assist in
facilitating meetings with various Ygnition Networks representatives
regarding delivery of products with Ygnition Networks .
- Handling pricing inquiries, ranging from simple inquiries to
tariff rates or more complex pricing for wide-ranging systems,
for Ygnition Networks products and services you may wish to obtain
from Ygnition Networks .
- Establishing Service Level Contracts and Amendments
with Ygnition Networks . Your Regional Account Executive is responsible
for monitoring the implementation and progress of your Service
Level C ontract and, once your Service Level C ontract
is established, will facilitate the completion of any additional
amendments needed to the Service Level Contract requested by you.
Amendments may be required to purchase/order additional products,
not originally available when your original Service Level Contract
was negotiated
- Providing for order escalations and expedites assistance as needed
