Regional Account Executives--

Your day-to-day liaisons

As an Ygnition customer, you will be assigned an Ygnition Regional Account Executive. Responsible for addressing your daily and emergency needs, Regional Account Executives are never more than a phone call or email away.

Should you ever feel your needs aren't being addressed or if you encounter issues requiring senior management involvement, SVP Dave Zilch will help you and your Ygnition Regional Account Executive find a resolution.

 

The Ygnition Networks Sales Team
We're available to assist you with:

  • Answering telecommunications questions pertaining to your Ygnition Networks account
  • Providing information, documentation and/or Ygnition resources regarding product knowledge and uses
  • Overall questions regarding telecommunication interfaces with Ygnition Networks and other billing, ordering or service related issues that may arise
  • Generating sales proposals to address your sales needs for the various Ygnition Networks products available
  • Planning and developing your network with Ygnition Networks by providing information on Ygnition Networks products; assisting in facilitating meetings with Ygnition Networks representatives regarding product delivery.
  • Handling pricing inquiries, ranging from simple inquiries to tariff rates or more complex pricing for wide-ranging systems, for Ygnition Networks products and services you may wish to obtain from Ygnition Networks .
  • Establishing Service Level Contracts and Amendments with Ygnition Networks. Your Regional Account Executive is responsible for monitoring the implementation and progress of your Service Level C ontract . Once your Service Level C ontract is established, they will facilitate the completion of any additional amendments requested by you. Amendments may be required to purchase/order additional products not originally available when your original Service Level Contract was negotiated
  • Providing for order escalations and expedites assistance as needed
